This is an inclusive call for entries. The "Salcito in Corto" Festival offers directors of all ethnicities and nationalities a great opportunity to showcase their talent. The registration process is accessible, and the rules are transparent.

What’s particularly interesting is that the theme is open, which allows for creativity and variety in the short films. The evaluation criteria of the "quality" jury are well-defined, covering essential aspects such as originality, technical quality, direction, and interpretation.

The fact that the final screening includes a maximum of 10 short films suggests a selective but balanced competition. Additionally, the initiative to award the best short film through a popular jury creates a sense of community involvement.
