L’association Short Event, c’est 15 étudiants lyonnais passionnés d’évènementiel et avec un même objectif : créer un festival de courts-métrages. C’est ainsi qu’est né le festival de courts-métrages Prix de Courts !

Prix de Courts, un nom consciencieusement choisi pour évoquer une sensation de surprise, une expérience brute et inattendue ; l’effet que vous produira notre sélection. Prix de Courts s’intéresse et récompense des oeuvres de courts-métrages, tous niveaux et de tous âges. Le festival se veut un coup de projecteur pour les participants.

Le festival est intégré à la Fête du Court qui expose la magie du court au plus grand nombre. Cinéphiles ou néophytes, jeunes publics, familles et passionnés : elle permet à tous de découvrir le court métrage au travers de projections partout en France et aussi à l’international.

Tenez vous prêts, ça va aller vite, très vite !

SATURNALIA PIFF 2019
DESCRIPTION
INTRODUCTION I

–Article 1 The 1st edition of the SATURNALIA PIFF Festival will take place in the city of Paraná, from December 18 to 21, 2019.

I - Article 2 The headquarters of the Paraná Festival is located at the following address: Civil Association B. Pedro Lemebel, Santos Vega 1754, premises 9, 10 and 11, "El Sol" Commercial Gallery. Its official Fanpage: PIFF: Link: https: //www.facebook.com/pifffestival/ Paraná (Facebook) offers detailed information and indicates how to contact the Festival and its different departments.

I - Article 3 SATURNALIA is partly the PARANA INDEPENDENT INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, which is integrated equally by the Transmedia Argentina Group, and the CICVE (Research Center in Experimental Film and Video Art), belonging to the Civil Association "Pedro Lemebel Library ". The organization of the Paraná Festival is headed by its director, Nora de Aracil.

I - Article 4 The Paraná Festival is recognized by the "International Cinematographic Union", within the category "competitive film festivals".
I - Article 5 The Paraná Festival intends to make a positive contribution to the development of the culture and film industry.

I - Article 6 All the films presented in the 1st edition of the SATURNALIA PIFF will be chosen by their selection committee, headed by the Festival management and advised by a network of international delegates, composed of a number of professionals, specialists in the world of cinema and at festivals cinematographic It will be called “International Film Classification Committee”

I - Article 7 All films selected in the 2nd edition will receive a certificate of participation from the direction of the Paraná Festival.


II FILM PRESELECTION

II - Article 1 Only feature films, medium-length films and short films that accept the rules stipulated by their address and duly complete the registration form may participate in the Paraná Festival. Producers or representatives of films with Argentine production or co-production must contact the film department directly before registering on the online form.

II - Article 2 The feature films, medium length films and short films registered must meet the following conditions: • Have a minimum duration of 4 minutes and a maximum of 120 minutes. • Have been produced during the 18 months prior to the dates of the start of the Festival. • Comply with the regulations or guidelines of each of its sections.

II - Article 3 All registered films will be considered for any of the sections of the Festival that make up its programming, although each section has its own requirements and specifications.

II - Article 4 The fee for each audiovisual work registered for the Festival selection amounts to $ 00-.. This fee is only for the physical participation of the festival, which covers credential and administrative expenses; and it will be effective in pesos during the film registration process, exclusively through bank deposit, in the case of foreign production, payment by Western Union will be made. In case of foreign films contact: departamentopiff@gmail.com

II - Article 5 The network of international delegates who advise the organization of the Paraná Festival can help all those who wish to register their films or have doubts about how to do it and the Festival's film department will resolve any doubt regarding the registration of Movies at the Festival

. II - Article 6 The admission of the audiovisuals registered for the PRE selection will end on DECEMBER 15, 2019. The Festival management will reserve the right to admit audiovisuals registered after the deadline.


II - Article 7 World or international premieres will have priority when selected, although each section of the Festival has its own requirements and specifications. The inclusion of films on VOD platforms following the requirements and specifications of each section regarding the type of premiere required (worldwide, international or national) is not allowed, except for those cases in which it is strictly for professional use and with restricted access . Exceptionally, the steering committee will reserve the right of admission of those productions that have previously participated in certain non-competitive cinephile manifestations.
II - Article 8 The supports accepted in the pre-selection process are preferably: DVD, Blu-ray (zone / region 0) and / or link. DCP will also be accepted (in this case, once the registration has been made, they should contact the movie department, department@gmail.com, to indicate the KDM). Also AVI, Mp4 and MPeg

The selection committee may accept working copies of the films in the pre-selection process after specifying the producers or their representatives. The Festival reserves the right to download the films registered through online links for offline viewing. The use of this download will be strictly for internal use by the members of the Selection Committee.

II - Article 9 Feature films, medium length films and short films registered in the PRE selection process must be presented in their original version: • Without subtitles if the original language of the movie is in Spanish. • With Spanish subtitles for original versions in other languages.

II - Article 10 The sending of the films registered in the pre-selection process must be done, via courier or mail, indicating the sending number and the title of the film, to the following address: Coronel Caminos Street and Tree Day, Barrio el sol II, block “D”, Depto 136, Paraná, Entre Ríos, Argentina, (CP: 3100), or via mail requesting CBU for bank deposit, to the email: departamentopiff @ gmail .com The cost of sending the films registered for the pre-selection will be borne by the persons or companies that have registered them. The pre-selection material will not be returned, unless expressly requested by the people or companies that have registered the films for their pre-selection, which must bear the shipping costs. This return will only be possible in the six months following the Festival and through departamentopiff@gmail.com The Festival will not be responsible for any possible damage caused to the preselection material during its shipment or return. Only the selected films will be required in their official version. All submitted works, selected or not, will be cataloged and they will be awarded a certificate of participation in this Festival. Non-selected works will be immediately promoted to the “Non-Competitive” category of the Festival.

1 - Object

1.1. This is the 1st International Festival of Independent Cinema in the city of Garanhuns Pernambuco, conceived by filmmaker Lucas Marinho

1.2. This Festival will cover audiovisual productions, unpublished or not, short and feature films produced in any existing format and for any display platform in fiction, animation, documentary and experimental.

1.3 The productions will be accepted from the following year until the date of entry at the Festival.

1.4 No institutional and advertising productions will be accepted.

2 - The purpose of the festival

2.1. Stimulate and format new professionals; produce, promote and sell Brazilian production, whether or not, in order to create a new audiovisual production center in this region of the country, in addition to existing in large cities.

2.2 Increasing the tourist promotion of the city of Garanhuns and region as well as the state of Pernambuco.

We are an independent festival in Dublin, Ireland and dedicated to bring together established musicians and filmmakers in a forum to celebrate the short films. Musicians who can provide great music and work together with the filmmakers.
Dublin International Short Film and Music Festival celebrates the artistic, educational and historical importance of short films and music. It gives independent film artists a platform for sharing their work and creating a dialogue with the community. It promotes the discussion and study of filmmaking.

DISFMF is the largest independent short film festival in Ireland, in 2020 we are celebrating the 9th anniversary.
In 2019 we screened 106 short films from all over the world, the festival has brought established, emerging and award-winning filmmakers to the public attention.

Dublin, capital of the Republic of Ireland, is on Ireland’s east coast at the mouth of the River Liffey. Its historic buildings include Dublin Castle, dating to the 13th century, and imposing St Patrick’s Cathedral, founded in 1191. City parks include landscaped St Stephen’s Green and huge Phoenix Park, containing Dublin Zoo. The National Museum of Ireland explores Irish heritage and culture.

The international film festival for children and teens MI PRIMER FESTIVAL, is excited to announce its call for entries for its fifth edition from the 16th to the 23th February of 2020 that will take place at different cultural places in Lima and other cities around Peru.

MI PRIMER FESTIVAL aims to create an exhibition space for films and audiovisual content from national or international origins, target to children and young people. This Festival also is seeking to promote audiovisual creativity from an education process, teaching people rich in originality, flexibility, vision, initiative, and confidence.

The festival provides Peruvian children and young people an opportunity to understand different cultures from all over the world, and helps international children’s film professionals exchange experiences and ideas.

Festival accepts movies of interest for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transexual people. To participate in the competitive section (prizes), these films should have not been programmed on TV, screened in comercial venues or another spanish festival excluding the organized by Fundacion Triangulo. In any case, copyleft or copyright should be later than 2017.
