The second edition "Puglia in Corto" Festival is dedicated to filmmakers and directors also belonging to schools, universities, associations, academies, who have made short films, documentaries and web series.

Puglia in Corto, intends to give new possibilities for growth and expressive space with innovative ways of interaction, constituting a shared pole in the territory, ideally and economically projected towards new goals.

An acknowledgment is expected
for the various categories:
- best short film;
- best documentary;
- best web series;
- best direction;

REGULATION

"PUGLIA IN SHORT"

Art.1 - The competition is open to filmmakers, directors and production companies operating on
national and international territory. Published and unpublished works are accepted.

Art.2 - The registration form, under penalty of exclusion, must be completed in all of its forms
part and signed by the holder of the rights as well as signing this regulation for
acceptance.

Art. 3 insert the plot, biographical note of the director in Word ed
possible poster, maximum three still photos and one of the director in digital format
jpeg or png, 300 dpi (the photos sent are considered authorized for publication
free).

Art.4- Each participant can register a maximum of one work per section for the festival
of race.

Art.5 - The materials that arrive incomplete and illegible will not be taken in
consideration.

Art.6 - The admitted works and any program changes will be
made official by publication on the reference website.

Art.7 - The authors of the works must send a copy of the work with the following characteristics:
Quicktime.mov file (Apple ProRes, or H264) or Avid DnxHD in the case of
h264 the bitrate must not be less than 15Mbps;
1080p resolution;
25 Fps
Stereo audio, freq. 44100 Hz or higher;

THE SECTIONS

Art.8 - The festival includes the following sections:

a) short films
Edited and unpublished short films of non duration may participate in the event
longer than 25 minutes
will compete for the awarding of prizes.

b) documentaries
Dedicated to documentary works of various kinds, lasting a maximum of 25 minutes,
through which to enhance historical, cultural and landscape aspects.

c) web series
Section dedicated to series of fiction episodes made to be enjoyed through the
web, or on the displays of tablets and other mobile devices: they will be able to participate
trailers lasting up to 15 min.

- best short film;
- best documentary;
- best web series;
- best direction;

RESPONSIBILITY

Art.9 - By registering for the competition, each individual author is responsible for the content of the
works of him. The author also declares and guarantees that the rights of the work, in his
entirety, are owned by him and do not infringe the rights of third parties, such as other authors,
portrayed subjects, rights assignees, musical rights, etc.

OFFICIAL LOGO

Art. 10 - The winners of prizes, following the event, must report on
all promotional media (posters, press books, trailers, opening titles, website
official) and on the copies of the works that will circulate in the rooms, the indication of
recognition obtained according to the official graphics prepared and provided
by the organization.

GENERAL RULES

Art. 11
a) The request for admission to the Festival implies the unconditional acceptance of the
this regulation.

b) The Festival Management may make decisions regarding non-issues
provided for in this regulation.

c) The acceptance of participation in the competition by those who entered the work
involves the commitment to make the work available free of charge up to a
maximum of four public screenings and not to withdraw the same once enrolled in the
