Festival Rules

This Year’s Theme: Cinema: A Mirror of the World

Cinema acts as a powerful mirror of humanity, reflecting social changes, fears, hopes, and the contradictions of our societies throughout the ages. Much more than mere entertainment, it shapes our perception of the world, documents history, and explores the human condition, capturing the complexity of reality.

Fiction or documentary short films on the human condition:

Conflicts, wars, social and psychological issues
Issues of integration, racism, and exploitation
Issues of discrimination and violence against minorities.
Issues of drug addiction or addiction to new technology
Issues of pollution, mental health, and land overexploitation
Conflicts over religion and ideas

Maximum runtime: 25 min

Scheduled festival dates: April 20–24, 2027, in Tangier, Morocco

Production years: 24/25/26

Film submissions open: October 1, 2026

Film submissions close: March 1, 2027

Submit film files, photos, official poster, synopsis in english, technical specifications, and a downloadable Vimeo MP4 link.

Films must include subtitles in French or english.
