Festival start: 27 November 2022
Festival end: 27 November 2022
Bendita Tú is an international independent film festival with gender and diversity perspective. Our main objective is to exhibit hybrid, non-fiction, and experimental audiovisual art of high narrative, technical, and conceptual quality. It is a space for disruptive thinking from which to promote and exhibit emerging cinema made by women, trans and non-binary. As well as breaking with hegemonic discourses and looking at multiple horizons about the experience of inhabiting the world.
The VI Edition of Bendita Tú will take place on November 27th 2022, both life at the PROA Foundation in Buenos Aires and online through the SOLAX.TV platform. In this VI Edition Bendita Tú opens its doors to all Ibero-American productions directed by women, trans and non-binary. With the mission of forging an intercultural bridge in the contemporary artistic-audiovisual field with more nuances and fewer limits. And in that union give visibility to all identities and territories from an intersectional feminism.
From Bendita Tú we encourage all directors to send risky and innovative audiovisual proposals that make it possible to imagine new inclusive and plural ways of experiencing the present that is the future that has already arrived.
To be confirmed.
