If the short film or director is of foreign nationality, a thank-you video must be sent to be eligible for an award. Failure to send it will result in forfeiture of the award, which will go to an alternate chosen by the jury.

The organization will cover accommodation expenses for one person per short film. If more attend, the filmmaker will cover additional expenses. Attendance must be confirmed within the established deadline.
