CARAMBOLA Programa de cine para niños ()

CARAMBOLA is a traveling cinema short film program for children between 3 to 12 years constituted by independent European movies. It is a creative and interesting encounter with the seventh art aimed to enrich and widen the look of the young with contents far away from those proper of commercial films.

We have no prices as we are not a festival. What we do is to pay every time we use your film.

1. ABOUT US

CARAMBOLA is an upcoming itinerant program of animated shorts made by independent European films for children between 3-12 years. It is a flexible project that is carried out all year round in different areas and events around Spain.


2- WHO CAN TAKE PART IN CARAMBOLA?

- All directors, distributors or producers independent European who wish to exhibiting their short films through this offline viewing platform by Spain.

- All animated short films aimed at young audiences.

- Open to European animated short films.

- Short films can't be longer than 30 minutes.


3. AGREEMENT

CARAMBOLA will select the films to be part of the program. Through a contract will set forth the terms of the agreement between DIRECTOR and CARAMBOLA for the exploitation of the WORK.

- The DIRECTOR does hereby grants and licenses to CARAMBOLA the right to reproduce, exhibit, advertise, market and exploit the WORK as a part of the program of films for children CARAMBOLA, in off-line cinema sessions and out of the commercial theatrical sales.

- The DIRECTOR grants to CARAMBOLA the exploitation rights in the following territory: SPAIN.

- The WORK will be screened in its original language with subtitles in Spanish (if necessary). If subtitling in Spanish is necessary, Carambola shall bear the cost.

- CARAMBOLA will pay to the DIRECTOR the amount of 2,5 € per minute of any complete screening of the WORK.

The payment will be done twice a year for exhibitions right.


4. CHECK TO THE WORK

- Through the web www.carambola.info DIRECTORS will be informed about his short films in CARAMBOLA.
