In addition, we offer interactive workshops, talks with experts, and special events designed to inspire, educate, and connect the audiovisual community. Each year, our festival reaffirms the importance and impact of short films in society, creating a space where brief stories leave a lasting mark.

MISSION
The Medellín Short Film Festival’s mission is to promote the creation, exhibition, and circulation of short films as an accessible and innovative form of artistic expression. We aim to strengthen emerging talent, encourage audiovisual training within communities, and create cultural spaces that connect creators, audiences, and territories through diverse and meaningful stories.
Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
