Festival Internacional De Cortometrajes Flor Azul ()

The Flor Azul international short film festival will be held at the 25 de Febrero Cultural Center (Caballito, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina) on September 25, 2021.

The festival is organized by the 25 de Febrero Cultural Center and the 25 de Febrero group.

Among all the selected films, a jury (made up of professionals from the Argentine and international cinematographic, artistic, journalistic, cultural circles) will decide the award in the following areas:

Award for the best short film genre National Fiction

Award for the best short film genre International Fiction

Best Documentary Genre Short Film Award

Award for the best short film animation genre

Best Children's Film Short Film Award

Award for the best short film in the Schools category

“Flor de Oro” award for the best short film of the Festival

Special mention for gender issues

Special mention to the best national script

Selection of the public.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the "Flor Azul" Short Film Festival implies the acceptance of all the sections of these rules.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The call is open for Short Film Competition in the NATIONAL FICTION categories,
INTERNATIONAL FICTION, DOCUMENTARY, ANIMATION, CHILDREN'S CINEMA and SCHOOLS CATEGORY.
All those short films of national and international production may compete,
produced during 2019, 2020 and 2021.The duration must not exceed 20 minutes (including titles).

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

a) All those producers or filmmakers who own the rights to the works may individually
presented.

b) Each participant may submit as many films as they wish.

c) The works must be in Spanish (Castilian) or subtitled into Spanish (Castilian). Not
bent.

d) Registration will be made by completing a form and sending a link to the work.

e) The material must be sent until Monday, May 31, 2021.

SHIPPING OF MATERIAL

The material may be sent in one of the following ways:

1) online, through the Festhome
platform. Right there the file of
registration and the required photos are attached.

2) online to the email festivaldecineflorazul@gmail.com, sending the registration form and materials to
via private Vimeo link or download from WeTansfer.

REGISTRATION FORM

a) Complete the form added at the end of the file.

b) Photographs:
Two photographs of the film in digital format (300 dpi JPG)
A photograph of the director / s in digital format (300 dpi JPG)

The participants authorize the organization to use stills, photographs and extracts from the films for their dissemination in any communication and promotional medium, in order to disseminate the “Blue Flower” Short Film Festival.

The documentation and material sent of the selected works may appear in all the advertising and promotional media of the Festival.

RIGHTS ON THE WORKS

The sole registration to the Festival gives the organizers the rights to reproduce all the material sent, assuming that the people or groups that register the works have the rights to exhibit them, as well as the authorization to receive the award in case that it is a collective authorship.

In any case, the organization disclaims any liability that may arise from the infringement of this base.

SELECTION

A selection group will be in charge of choosing, among all the films received, those works that will participate in the “Flor Azul” Short Film Festival. The decisions adopted will be communicated as of September 16, 2021 to their respective directors, producers or distributors.
