Bases 4 International Short Film Festival Lincoln - Fiction
The 4 International Short Film Festival will be held in Lincoln from 21 to 24 November 2019.
The Festival is organized by the secretary of culture and education of Lincoln.
INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM COMPETITION
They are allowed to contest all those short films of national and international production, filmed in any audiovisual format.
Its duration should not exceed 20 minutes (excluding credits).
The production date must be after January 1, 2018.
CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
a. They can participate all those producers or directors who own the rights to the works they present.
b. Each participant may submit as many films as desired.
c. The works are presented in their original language. In the case of a different version of the Spanish (Castilian), they must be subtitled in Spanish.

TO SELECT
A selection committee, made up of media professionals and members of the organizing team of the Festival, will select, among all films received, those works that will participate in the Festival. The decisions taken will be communicated from October 2019.
Along with the selected film must necessarily accompany the following information by email to: mirafestivallincoln@gmail.com
- Two photographs of the film in digital format (300 ppp jpg, and not exceeding 1 Mb.).
- Synopsis (maximum 300 characters including spaces).
- Biofilmography of the director and / or producer (maximum 400 characters including spaces).
All this documentation is essential in order to participate in the competitive section.
Participants authorize the organization to use frames, photographs and excerpts from films for broadcast on any communication support and promotion in order to promote and disseminate this Festival. Documentation and materials shipped from the selected works will appear in all advertising and promotion of the Festival supports.
AWARDS
Among the selected films, a jury (consisting of professionals from the film, artistic, cultural environment and organization members ) will decide the awarding of the prizes:
Best Short Film
Best International Short Film Award
National Award for best short film
Audience Award for Best Short Film.
Prizes can be accumulated.
Special mentions.
The organization is not responsable for the sending of the prizes or the mentions to the winners.
SHIPPING AND RETURN OF COPIES
Shipping costs copies shall be borne by the participants.
The copies submitted for selection will not be returned and will become part of the archive of the festival. They will be available to accredited, for viewing during the dates of the Festival.
ACCEPTANCE OF BASES:
The participation in the 3 International Short Film Festival Lincoln implies acceptance of all sections of these bases, and the resolution by the organization of any problems not covered in these.
