GENERAL INFORMATION


Horrorant Film Festival ‘FRIGHT NIGHTS’ is an international horror film festival organised by a genre film distributor and held annually at the best equipped theatres in the heart of Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece.

The 10th Horrorant Film Festival ‘Fright Nights’ 2026 will be held on May 2026.

We’re looking for NEW feature films and short films (all productions must be 2025) from around the world in the following categories:

Horror, Supernatural, horror animation, thriller, suspense, cult, slasher, horror comedy, documentary (about horror) and all forms of horror cinema.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES
The closing date for submissions for HFF ‘Fright Nights’ 2026 is the 20th of April 2026.

ENTRY FEE
5 euros

IF YOUR FILM IS ACCEPTED

- You must be able to supply a downloadable HD file or DCP or DVD/Blu-ray disc.

- Short synopsis of the film in English.

- Press or publicity material.

- English time-coded Dialogue list or the script.

- Stills of the film, poster and artworks.

- Credits of the film.

All materials must be in Athens 30 days prior to the festival.

SUBMISSION FORMAT

Along with the submission form, you can send your film on DVD (any region) by regular mail or send us an online screener via e-mail.
