BASES OF THE CALL:

1. All those producers and / or filmmakers, natural or legal persons who have the rights to the works and who have previously gone through the selection process, may participate.

3. In the case of Ecuadorian productions, they can send their short films via Wetransfer, attaching in a pdf file the synopsis, data of the technical team, the director's biography, and stills and posters of the work.

4. duration of the short film from 5 to 15 minutes.

7. The Festival Management will establish a Selection Committee that will carry out the viewing and evaluation of all the works received.

8. Participants authorize the Festival Management to use extracts from the films for dissemination in any media for promotional purposes.
