Audiovisual works from any country in the world made from January 1, 2017 will be able to participate.

Each participant may submit an unlimited number of works.

Audiovisual works must have a minimum duration of 3 minutes and a maximum duration of 12 minutes, including titles and credits.

Works made in any language may be submitted, with audiovisual works of a foreign language being required to be subtitled in Spanish.
