CIFF is dedicated to showcasing creative and diverse films across the globe. It will be held in Cinema Center, Busan which is known for the main venue for many prestigious film festivals in Asia. We discover, highlight and celebrate unique perspective films from all around the world.

CIFF is an annual celebrating event for all genre short, documentary, web series, and music video.

Your film will be viewed by our local audiences and will be judged by a jury of film professionals and a community of cinephiles.

All selected submissions will be shown at Challenge Film Festival hereafter referred to as "CIFF" or "we".

Upon submission, submitters grant SIOFF permission to use excerpts of their film (including trailer and press kit) for promotional purpose.

CIFF can not be liable for any damage and loss during shipping and screening.
CIFF can not offer fee waivers.

Filmmakers will be notified by email before or near July 10, 2017 if their film is selected for the competition. If email notification is not successful for any reason, the CIFF will not be held liable for any damages.

Submitters grant the CIFF permission to copy their work, should it become an Official Selection, to another format for festival projection.

Challenge Film Festival is granted the right to use parts from any film and video submitted and accepted for exhibition on CIFF for promotional purposes.

Films must be submitted by the rights holder(s). Upon submission, applicants warrant that they have the right to submit their entry to the CIFF and obtain all clearances and licenses, including music, locations, on-camera talent and voice talent. The submitters will hold the CIFF harmless for any claim, liabilities, losses and expense involving copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or royalty infringement(s) related to the submitted work.
