1. FEATURES

- Fiction, documentary and animation short films
- Maximum duration of 25 minutes

- Works in original version with subtitles in Spanish or Valencian


2. REGISTRATION

The registration deadline will be February 9, 2020.
Short films will be registered through one of the following platforms:
www.festhome.com

Each author may submit a maximum of two works.

The early registration fee, until January 31, 2020, will be € 6.00.
The late registration fee will be € 13, until February 9, 2020.

The student-directed short section is exempt from fees. It is aimed at children under 18, the duration cannot exceed 10 minutes and the theme revolves around gender equality or integration.

All the documentation received will become part of the festival archive.


3. SECTIONS

4. PAYMENT BY SELECTION

The organization will pay to all the short films selected in the official competitive section, the amount of € 200 gross as payment for selection and copyright. Authors should inform the organization if they are part of the SGAE or any other company, since the payment of this amount covers the copyright of the projected works.

All prizes will be subject to the corresponding income tax withholdings.


5. JURY

The festival selection committee will be in charge of choosing the works that will become part of the official competitive section, as well as the rest of the sections.
The jury will be composed of three professionals from the film sector selected by the festival management and will be in charge of awarding the prizes.
The jury's decision is final.

The prizes will be paid by bank transfer in favor of the natural or legal person who has made the registration or is directly linked to the work registered in question, being subject to the legal withholdings established by current law. The trophies and awards will be presented at the final gala to the director, producer or relevant person of the artistic cast of each of the award-winning short films. The organization will not be responsible for the shipping costs of trophies of those not attending the festival.
The jury reserves the right to deliver as many special mentions as it considers, as well as declare the prizes it deems appropriate.
