Cine Campus International Student's Film Festival cultivates and honors future emerging filmmakers as they explore and create works dedicated to offers an artistic exchange as well as opportunities for the global creative community that are not available in the established entertainment industry. It is designed to foster contact among film directors, artists, producers, distributors, backers and audiences.

Cash Prizes: 4,200$

Cash prizes are $500 for each Feature Film Category and $300 for each ShortFilm Category.

Submission Rules & Guidelines

Submission of a film represents agreement with the rules set forth herein.

Foreign language films SHOULD be subtitled or dubbed in English or Spanish.

Minimum Prizes are at least $500 or equivalent for Best Feature Film Category & $300 or equivalent for Best Short Film Category.

The Entry fee for Cine Campus Student’s Film Festival is $10 for Short film & $20 for Feature Film.

We do not accept works in progress.

If you need to send us any materials by regular mail, all shipping costs of unsolicited films to and from Puerto Rico must be borne by the sender.

The festival cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost materials while in transit. Only use BUBBLE PACK envelopes when shipping. Please do NOT use fiber envelopes.

All film submissions must be postmarked no later than the deadline date and received in our offices no later than Monday, September 28, 2015. Submissions received after these dates will be automatically entered into the next edition of the Festival.

The program is finalized early December. You will hear from us by late December at the latest, most likely by e-mail. If your contact details change at any time, please let us know so that we can update our records.

Filmmakers that are accepted into the festival will receive two (2) ALL-ACCESS PASSES if attending the Festival.

All entries selected grant the Festival the right to use audio, video and still images for promotional materials. The Festival will request artwork or promotional material for use in it’s website once the film is accepted to screen.

Submissions will only be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed prepaid mailer.

Programming decisions are made by a professional selection committee comprised of working industry professionals. It is Cine Campus policy not to provide comments on why a film was not selected for the Festival.

Submission fee will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.






  Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
