Confluence India International Film Festival 2019, New Delhi (INDIA) is inviting entries (Short Films, Documentaries, Animation Videos) from around the world.
Date of submission and Fees
Early Bird Deadline : 12 January – 20 February 2019 ( Entry Fee – 500 Rupees OR $ 8)
Regular Submissions : 21 February – 11 April 2019 (Entry Fee – 600 Rupees OR $ 9)
Late Submissions : 12 April – 26 April 2019 (Entry Fee – 700 Rupees OR $ 11)
Extended Deadline: 27 April – 05 May 2019 (Entry Fee – 800 Rupees OR $ 12)

RULES –
Films must be between 01 to 30 Minutes of Duration.
All Films must have Subtitles other than Silent, English & Hindi Films.
Festival Management will not be responsible if film is not screened due to problem with the DVD or Online Submission.
The decision of the Jury will be final and can’t be challenged.
Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
