1.Requirements:

1.1 Films in the fiction, documentary and animation genres, captured in digital format, can be entered
1.2 The films must have been finished from 2018
1.3 Films with an advertising and / or institutional character will not be accepted.

1.4 Foreign language films must be subtitled in Portuguese (preferably), Spanish or English.


2. Registration:

2.1 Registration will take place online, through the digital platforms GraffitPlay and Festhome.

2.2 All registered films, national and foreign, must pay a registration fee, in the amount of 25 R $ through the GraffitPlay and Festhome platforms.

3. Selections:

3.1 All selected films will be shown at “FGCON” (Festival Graffit de Cinema Online).

3.2 The judging committee will pay attention to the following selection criteria:

a) artistic and technical quality;
b) contribution to the strengthening of cultural diversity;
c) relevance of the film for the development of the audiovisual language;
d) creativity and eloquent narrative.
3.3 Foreign films may compete in the categories of Best Film, Best Documentary, Best Animation.

4. Awards:

4.1 A winner from each category will be awarded according to the votes of the specialized jury.

4.3 The WINNER in the category of Best Film (national film) will receive a free account on the Streaming GraffitPlay Platform - Master Plan

5. Image Rights:

5.1 Those selected authorize the use of their names, images and texts on the work, for display in printed and electronic media, in institutional materials, internet, television and radio, exclusively for the dissemination of exhibitions and notices, not for profit.

6. Copyright:

6.1 The selected (a) assumes full responsibility for all elements or any type of work used in the production of the registered project, ensuring that the images, music, tracks and melodies do not infringe any copyright, related or copyright. third party property.
