Kinopositive is a long-term project that creates a system for identifying and supporting young talents in the field of cinema and music, united by a common positive ideology. The main difference from other festivals is the involvement of film and music industry leaders in major film projects and collaborations. For example - the creation of a rare film product - a musical.

More than 50 special nominations and 5 grand Prix with cash prizes. Professionals and aspiring filmmakers are evaluated separately. All participants of the music category are awarded diplomas of laureates of the All-Russian youth Festival “Kinopositiv” for their contribution to the development of the author's musical art. The best of them receive financial and other support in future projects and take part in the shooting of a musical film.

* Works of any year of production are allowed to participate.

* The competition involves game and music films-video films with a duration of no more than 30 minutes.

* The number of submitted works submitted to the competition by one author is not limited.

* The last day for accepting applications for the competition is July 1, 2025

* All works selected in the official program of the festival will be shown during the Festival and at pre-festival screenings (screenings for the jury, press, festival screenings in cinemas).

* The copyright belongs entirely to the directors (authors, producers) of the film, according to international copyright standards.

* Participants pay a Voluntary Registration Fee in accordance with the regulations

In case of victory, for organized groups of 5-10 participants from one studio or group, there are certain conditions (contact the organizers). All participants, heads of film studios, whose work went to the finals, receive diplomas of the film festival participant and letters of thanks based on the results. The list of finalists will be published in the official VK group and on the site after 15 de agosto, 2025.
