SEJAL ENTERTAINMENT Organisation has been working for the last 11 years in various social activities. Since, the last year we are arranging short film competition named RANGKARMI INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL . We have been receiving great responses & support from all over India.

* Goal & Targets.
To develop & encourage the upcoming artist in this industries & also to create a grand Forum for exploring the talents.

*Value & Purpose.
Value of organisation is to a medium of exploring talent to be forum provider.

Purpose is to create awareness about this industries & make aware of basic level to upper level & also what are the steps to crack the opportunities & overcome from on front barriers.

* Vision & Mission.
Vision is to showcase talent on grand level in creative manner & be a source to lead that artist to grand success.

Mission is to be one of best organisation to keep the stage artist alive & also one of promoter of cultural activities by the means of technology.

*Rangkarmi short film festival will be providing forum for exploring their talents through films.
Rangkarmi give you the stage which is been created to present their talents / skills, Rangkarmi is the source or rather step towards their success.

Officially Selected Movies will receive ONLY Certificate & Winner will get Certificate & Trophy

All films / documentaries / Animation shot on film or Video (Analog / Digital format) running duration of 1min to 30 minutes are eligible for the festival/award/s.

Selection of films / videos for RISFF 2019 will be done by a committee whose decision will be final. However, Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is likely to offend sentiments, feelings or sensibilities of any caste, community, religion and sect or is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society.

A complete schedule of top selected films in each category shall be put up on the festival website OR by mail.

Entry Forms with incorrect / inadequate / illegible / ambiguous particulars will not be considered.
Anybody can submit one or MORE THAN ONE ENTRY. There is no limit for submission
Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regulations.

Decisions of the Festival Authorities regarding all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations or which require interpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final and binding on all parties.
