The International traveling Environmental Film Fest to be held 2020 between March and august above along Chile, where you can participate any natural or juridical person, regardless of age, with production carried out from January 1st 2015.

The movies should be about the environment: defining the environment as the sum of total of what surrounds us, and particularly affecting the circumstances of life. Includes all natural, social and cultural value that takes in one place and one point affecting the whole planet. That means, it is not just the space in which life develops, but also encompasses living beings, objects, water, soil, air, and the relationships between them, as well as such intangibles such as culture, economics and policy.

| Introduction

This regulation governs the participation in the International traveling Environmental Film Fest to be held 2020 between March and August above along Chile, where you can participate any natural or juridical person, regardless of age, with production carried out from January 1st 2015. If the film is a world premiere and has not yet been seen in Chile, may also enroll in the Premier section.

The movies should be about the environment: defining the environment as the sum of total of what surrounds us, and particularly affecting the circumstances of life. World Premieres, European and Latin American.

|Registration

Registration is free. The date for admission to festival productions will be from till December 06th. The submission must include:

The cover of the book in digital format. (1600x1600 pixels at 300dpi. resolution).
The registration form of the film, clearly must be completed and send e-mail holismoambiental@gmail.com and copy contacto@holismoambiental.cl.
Trailer of the work. Subtitled.
Works that are English, they must be duly subtitled in Spanish.
“Inscriptions in other systems of formats will not be admitted.”

|Selection

The result of the selection will be communicated the December 10 through the official website of the festival www.holismoambiental.cl. Also the festival will directly contact those selected for participation in the process FICAI.

Films or videos with advertising nature of a company, industry, or other institution will not be admitted.






|Shipping and Returns

Prior to the event copies remain in the archives of the Festival. The copies will be returned under the express request in writing, specifying the destination and return date. Shipping costs are borne by the participant; The festival will not be responsible for any damage or loss of work, so advised not to send originals; the works submitted must be labeled whit the following statement:

|Selected Films

The festival does not pay “screenings fees” to the selected films in the Official Selection. Entrance is free for spectators of this section shall not produce any economic benefit from the organization. Once selected and scheduled the film can’t be removed from the festival program. In case of withdrawal will be penalized whit the cos of the room rental for that session, as engagement being worth signing and acceptance of these regulations. It can program up to 2 projections for each film, plus one for press in each city during festival; the Festival selection committee is not required to view the films submitted after the deadline.

|FICAI in the school

Films or videos involved and accept the rules of the festival in all its sections become part of the FICAI in the school. (Except express written request of the author or producer of the work) site owners retain full rights to this and only give up the copy to “Foundation Holism Environmental” whit the aim of integrating the file to be used whit long educational purpose of awareness and information, open only to educational institutions; Any other use will be consulted and agreed in writing whit the owners of the work.





|Traveling Cinema and Promotions

Due to educational and awareness, the selected films of the will be screened at the festival performed with zeal to spread, unless express written request of the author or producer of the work. The entrance to the projections will always be free.

The Foundation Holism Environmental and the Festival, may use excepts of the films to promote the event in promotional TV programs no longer than three minutes. The festival will promote all the films that make up the different sections of FICAI, With the appearance of these in all graphics and media as possible.

The owner of the work promises to mention the selection of film at the festival, should get in later promotions of the film (The film credits, trailer, poster, press release, official website or other).

|Agreement

“The signature of the Author and/or Producer and/or Distributor of the work in the registration form of the International Traveling Environment film Festival, means the legal acceptance of all of its regulations. The Festival reserves the right to change the dates of the event if necessary and always for reason beyond the organization. Other amendments to regulations shall be reported to the authors.”
