Cortópolis is a monthly festival of study which will show for free the best film panorama holding an awards ceremony at the end of the year which will register, for each category, the best of the short film worldwide.

If you have a short film under 30 minutes being released for the first time from the 1st of September 2011, of any genre, even documental and experimental, of any nationality (in Spanish, English or French language, spoken or subtitled) send it PREFERABLY, by the next ways:

All we need to know is whether the film is on first release or not for Cortópolis, which is important to make the most of our space in order to give it an impact, if not (it is not required to compete if submitted within the term), the places where it has been previously shown or any awards obtained. On the other hand, if you have a trailer up to 60 seconds and you are interested in releasing it before for the promotion of a short film on circuit or, preferably, of a film premiere, please send it to the same place and by the same chosen mean, always indicating, in both cases, a telephone number and an e-mail of contact.

We don’t ask for any form since we don’t believe in all this previous information. We’ll ask you to send it if your film is selected, we don’t like to make anybody waste his time nor ours. Thanks.
