- Submitted films must focus on one of the following themes: gender, social, politics, human rights, environment. No video clips, no works in progress, no thesis.
- We receive and screen films with no water marks and with no English subtitles. Only in Spanish or with Spanish subtitles for films made in English, Portuguese Dutch or native languages.
