The Event will be marketed through the MANHATTAN SHORT Channels, and each selected filmmaker will receive $350.00.

All films must be 18 minutes under in length.

Films already screening on the Internet are ineligible to enter.

We accept all genres and do not rule out anything.

Deadline for entries: Jan 10 each year. There are no late deadlines.

Selected films will be asked to submit their films as an Apple ProRes Quicktime file. Frame rate of (23.98) or (24p).
