RULES OF THE VALENCINE FESTIVAL OF VALENCINA DE LA CONCEPCIÓN

Valencina de la Concepción announces the 1st Edition of the Mini-Film Festival:

ValenCine, in Valencina de la Concepción, with the following bases:

1. CONDITIONS
The festival will run from May 2021, with the reception of mini-films, until September 2021 in the town of Valencina de la Concepción (Seville).

The participating works must have a maximum duration of two minutes, credits included.

The subject on which the works will be based will be completely free.

The participating groups will be made up of at least 3 components in the technical team. There is no maximum number of members.

Each group may only submit a maximum of five works.
If any participant is a minor, they must provide the organization with a authorization of minors as well as the transfer of image rights in the case of
that he was an actor / actress in a play.

REQUIREMENTS
Teams must send the minumenage in .avi or .mp4 format.
Each mini-film must contain: title of the short film and final credits. The Mini-films that are eligible for the ValenCine Award category may be edited at
posteriori to contain the prize's own intro.
Along with the mini-film, each group must submit a technical sheet: title, duration, format, synopsis, technical team and artistic team.

The organization is not responsible if a minumenage gives a reading error or format error.

2. REGISTRATION
The inscription of works can be done from May 17 to May 22 August 2021.
The deadline to register and send your minumerage is Sunday 22 August at 23:59. Any minumerage delivered after that date will not be admitted to the festival
The registration of mini-films will be free and must be accompanied by a registration form available on the website of the Valencina de la Conception.

The registration of mini-films can be done in two ways:
to. Sending the duly completed registration form, located in the website of the Valencina de la Concepción City Council, together with the file
technique and minumenage to the following email:
valencine@42gradosproducciones.com.
b. By registering through the festival page at FestHome, differentiating the category in which it participates.

3. SECTIONS
The 1st Edition of the Festival of mini-films: ValenCine, in Valencina de la Concepción, has two sections.

a) ValenCine Section: mini-films shot in Valencina de la Concepción
(Seville).

b) Official Section: the rest of the mini-films that meet the conditions of
inscription.

To be eligible for the ValenCine award, teams must check the award box in that category.

The mini-films that opt ​​for the ValenCine award accept the possibility of attaching an initial header to your work by the organization.

4. JURY
The jury, made up of audiovisual professionals, local press and representatives of the City Council, will be responsible for viewing and granting the
awards to short films that meet all the requirements imposed by the organization.

The jury may declare one or all the prizes void as well as award prizes ex aequo (in this case the prize amount would be divided among the winners).

The "Audience Award" will be voted exclusively by the public attending the screening of the short films by means of a voting form in which the the 3 favorite minume films will vote. Only one vote per person. If votes are observed fraudulent, the organization may declare this award void.

6. RIGHTS
The participants assign to the organization, without exclusivity, the rights of public communication, reproduction or distribution of the short films presented.

The groups whose mini-films opt for the ValenCine award category will give the rights to be able to publish them on social networks and pages of the town hall.

The fact of participating in the I Edition of the Festival of minume films: ValenCine, in
Valencina de la Concepción, supposes the acceptance of all the bases.

The mini-films must be original. The organization is not done responsible for the possible sanctions derived from infractions of copyrights of third parties.

7. GALA, SCREENING AND RRSS
The screenings of the short films will take place before the gala, in a open circuit online, the order of projection will be the same as the order of
delivery of mini-films.

The awards ceremony will be on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the house of culture of Valencina de la Concepción.

The mini-films may be distributed in part or completely in the RRSS willing to use the festival organization.
