ZOE AWARD: Celebrating Excellence
LifeArt Festival presents the prestigious Zoe Award across nine categories, acknowledging excellence in Film, Television, Web TV, VR, and Photography. Our esteemed jury, comprising scholars, artists, and industry experts, meticulously evaluates submissions from around the globe.
LOCATIONS
All events are taking place in selected, iconic locations in different destinations such as Los Angeles design center, Delhi Technical University, The extraordinary Tobin Center of the Performing Arts San Antonio, Village Cinemas complex. LifeArt is being celebrated at the enormously colorful Pacific Design Center and the the historic luxury hotel, Beverly Wilshire in Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, CA.
MISSION
In an era as fast-paced as nowadays, LifeArt’s primary goal is to provide a stable platform for Film, TV, Web & Virtual Reality filmmakers to present their work to global audiences and explore the world of media. The festival highlights the best of the film industry by bringing together a collection of both studio and independent films, and proudly embracing the passion, vision, and independent spirit of talented artists.

SUBMISSION FEES
All submissions for LifeArt Media Festival are to be paid by credit card.
Multiple entries are allowed for each filmmaker and each entry may be entered in multiple categories. The submission fee is non-refundable.
SUBMISSION FORMAT
Please provide an online link to your submission and be sure to include the password on the attached online submission form.
SUBTITLES
Media Films / TV / WEB / VR in language other than English must include English subtitles.
NOTIFICATION
LifeArt Media Festival endeavors to complete all selection and inform all submitting parties, in writing, if their film has been successful or not after that time. Successful submissions will receive an online Filmmaker Festival Pack
After your film is officially selected you will be receiving an email by our programmers to provide us the digital stills of your film & director's info and full production credits
FESTIVAL SCREENINNG
Acceptable exhibition formats vary by venue / category and may include DCP, Blu Ray, DVD and Media Files (.MOV, .AVI, .MPG ). By entering your film you agree to work with LifeArt Festival to provide compatible exhibition format(s) and back ups.
Please clearly label whether your film is PAL or NTSC.
LifeArt Media Festival aspires to provide the best quality projection possible but will not be held liable for any failure in the technical quality of the projection, nor will fees be refunded in any such case.
SCHEDULING
Screenings are scheduled during the Festival at the discretion of LifeArt Media Festival. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the published schedule, LifeArt Media Festival reserves the right to make changes at any time for any reason. Festival will not be liable for any costs claimed as a result of a change in scheduling.
No film may be withdrawn from the festival program after its selection.
LEGAL
By submitting to “LifeArt Festival” you warrant, as sole and exclusive owner/s of all legal right and title thereto that you have absolute authority to submit the entry to LifeArt Media Festival. You will indemnify and hold harmless LifeArt Festival, and its judges, its sponsors and partners, its directors, staff, volunteers, individually and affiliates collectively, from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses including legal expenses arising out of or in connection with any and all claims, including third party claims, based on films/videos/artworks submitted to LifeArt Festival.
PUBLICITY
If your Film / TV / Web / VR or other artwork is selected, you expressly grant LifeArt Festival the royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any and all publicity materials related to the Film / TV / Web / VR or other artwork, including but not limited to stills, press releases, bios, and trailers, in whole or in part, without limitation to territory, and/or to incorporate said publicity materials in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
YOU GRANT
LifeArt Festival the right to screen your film or video at and as part of the festival. You may NOT and will not withdraw your film or video from consideration once it has been selected for inclusion in the festival. AND by accepting inclusion in LifeArt Festival, you grant non-exclusive rights to showcase the film during as many screenings as required. This includes the competition screenings and the “Best Of” showcase. In addition, LifeArt Media Festival has non-exclusive rights to repeat the showcases throughout the year for fundraising and promotion purposes. All ticket sales are property of LifeArt Festival and its affiliates.
ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATIONS
By signing the entry form for LifeArt Festival, the participant accepts, without reservation, the terms of the present regulations as stated in this document which constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of films and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of LifeArt Festival.
