Flickyy International Film Festival is open for all who love to make films & want to showcase the film to the world. Independent filmmaker, production house, documentary filmmaker, everyone can submit here. The main objective of this festival is to encourage new world film makers.

Rules & Terms
1.Entries for the Flickyy Film Festival 2022 are open for everyone. Every participant will get a participation certificate if the film is finally selected.
2.The Film can be based on any subject or concept.
3.The film can be in any language. However, all films must include sub - titles in English.
4.The total runtime of the Film, including opening & closing credits, should strictly be a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 95 minutes.
5.All content used in the film must be either owned or licensed. If any copyrighted material is used in the film, the participant must have the permission and submit/email a copy to the Festival Organizers. All sound & music should be original. If any organization claims copyright on your content then all responsibility goes to you. So always use original music & you have to submit a declaration for your music that it is original.
6.The Last Date for Submissions is 31st July 2022.
7. If your film is selected for this festival then we will upload the main copy of the film to our website / APP to showcase it to the public audience.
8. We upload the film in flickyy's free videos section. There is no commercial objective at all.
9.Thumbnail posters must be required when sending the film to us.
10.Multiple entries from the same participant are accepted, but each film must be accompanied by a separate submission.
11.The Flickyy Film Festival 2022 will be undertaken as an online-streaming event. The screening of all officially selected short films will be done online on a streaming website/APP purposefully built for Flickyy.
12.Participating films will be made available for streaming to the public audience on our website/APP.
13. Flickyy reserves the rights to copy or use the material submitted by the participants in any form, online or offline, for the festival’s promotional and archival purposes. Note that your entire film will never be shared with anyone but uploaded online for audience.
14. Participants have to take part in our promotional activities when the film is officially selected.
15.The films that are selected will not be allowed to withdraw under any circumstances.
16. Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
17.Festival Organizers, Flickyy reserve the right to change / modify / alter any rule or its part or event of this competition anytime.
18. By submitting your film you accept our terms & conditions and your entry is granted.
