The 8th edition of Panorama International Short Film Festival

1-Purpose :
The international festival aims to promote films in short format to the public
to the public

The Festival aims to :

Support short films
Discover new talents
Encourage meetings between directors, film professionals
and/or amateurs

To allow exchanges between the public and the world of cinema.

2- Location of the Festival ;
The panorama festival takes place at the Tahar Chériaa Hall, Cité De La
Culture Avenue Mohamed 5
Broadcasting of films in MP4

3- Participation in the competition
The competition is open to any professional director or school.

Presenting films produced by production companies, or production
school. Presenting fiction films, documentary films, animation films
animation films

4- Conditions of participation:
The competition is open to national and international films

Films must be subtitled in French or English

Films must have been made since 2022 (included)
