The XVII Short Film Encounter "Open Screen" it's committed to promote, share and stimulate video as an artistic and social expression.
Geldpreise: 3,000€
Three thousand dollars distributed in 4 categories:
a) 750 for best animated shot film.
b) 750 for best experimental short film.
c) 750 for best documentary short film.
d) 750 for best fictional short film.
1. The short film must be 20 minutes long maximum.
a) All the videos must be in MP4 and sent to the following email: apacineclub2022@gmail.com
b) To participate everyone must fullfil the form available on the oficial website.
