The International Film Festival of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (Cinema Movilh) is shown on feature films, shorts and documentaries largest and best known of Chile that takes place every year in Santiago and then travels sexual diversity regions. Local or foreign works can be projected at the Festival after postulating in the form indicated in these rules.

Audience Award for Best Documentary

1.The work consists of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and/ or intersexual themes.

2.Acceptable formats include DVD (NTSC or PAL), Bluray, DCPor Mov.

3.Material from any country will be considered.

4.If the original work is not in Spanish, it should have Spanish subtitles.

5.Materials can be turned into the Movilh headquarters (Coquimbo 1410, Región Metropolitana, Santiago, Chile) or emailed to the following address: festivaldecine@movilh.cl.

6.The envelope of materials shouldinclude two sheets. The first sheet should include the title and length of the work, the name of the director(s), address and phone number. The second should be a signed declaration that the director(s) are the sole intellectual authors of the material, and that they accept the terms and conditions of entry.

7.Producers of the winning works will be notified by email, phone and/or the the Movilh Film Festival
webpage.

8. The submission of materials runs from August 5 to September 4, 2026.

9. Winning works can be shown at both the Movilh Film Festival and any other desired event. Movilh will not organize payment.

10.Submitted materials will not be returned to their creators.

11. The Movilh Film Festival is a not-for-profit event; as such, entry of materials is free for almost the totality of its functions.

12. The entry of materials to the Festival, and their potential selection, implies the total acceptance of these conditions without right to contest.

13. The winning movies of the festival, in the categories of “feature film”, “documentary” and “short”, will be chosen only through public voting. The winners will be distinguished in all public spaces where the Festival is broadcast.
