The festival is open to children's film and television studios, as well as individual authors under the age of 18 (at the time of the creation of the competition work).
Important! Children's films shot by adult professionals are not allowed to participate in the film competition!
We do not accept films on the following topics: horror, erotica, sex, violence, war, politics.
Each work must be accompanied by subtitles in English or Russian!
