For this edition, the competitive section consists of two official categories:

1) MANIFESTARTE Fiction Competition

2) MANIFESTARTE Non-fiction competition

Cash Prizes: 270€

The winning short films in each category will receive:

o MANIFESTARTE Fiction Competition:

• Laurels
• S/. 1,000.00 SOLES

o MANIFESTARTE non-fiction Competition:

• Manifestarte Trophy
• Laurels
• S/. 1,000.00 SOLES

o Audience Award:

• Manifestarte Trophy
• Laurels
• S/. 1,000.00 SOLES

Fiction short films produced in Peru can participate, with a duration longer than 3 minutes and less than 30 minutes (including credits), and produced after 2020. The theme must address problems related to Human Rights.

Registration can only be carried out by its owner or a person with proper authorization and
legal capacity to do so. With the registration it is officially declared that there is all the
chain of rights of the work and that the Festival is exempt from any responsibility or conflict resulting from non-compliance with the above.
