For this edition, the competitive section consists of two official categories:

1) Peruvian Feature Film Competition

2) International Feature Film Competition

3) Peruvian Short Fiction Film Competition

4) Peruvian Short Documentary Film Competition

The winning films in each category will receive:

• Peruvian Documentary Short Film Competition:

1. Peruvian Feature Film Competition:
Feature films, fiction or documentary, produced or co-produced by Peruvian filmmakers, with a running time of over 60 minutes (including credits), completed between January 2024 and the closing date of this call for entries, are eligible to participate. The theme must address issues related to Human Rights.

2. International Feature Film Competition:
Feature films, fiction or documentary, with a running time of over 60 minutes (including credits), completed between January 2024 and the closing date of this call for entries, are eligible to participate. The theme must address issues related to Human Rights.

3. Peruvian Short Fiction Film Competition:

Short fiction films produced or co-produced by Peruvian filmmakers are eligible. They must be longer than 3 minutes and shorter than 30 minutes (including credits) and completed between January 2025 and the closing date of this call for entries. The films must address issues related to Human Rights.

4. Peruvian Short Documentary Film Competition:

Short documentaries produced or co-produced by Peruvian filmmakers are eligible. They must be longer than 3 minutes and shorter than 30 minutes (including credits) and completed between January 2025 and the closing date of this call for entries. The films must address issues related to Human Rights.

Registration may only be completed by the film's owner or a person with the proper authorization and legal capacity to do so. By registering, you officially declare that you own the rights to the work and that you exempt the Festival from any responsibility or conflict resulting from non-compliance with the above.
