GOAL

3.International Göbeklitepe Short Film Festival is organized by Şanlıurfa Volunteers Association for the following purposes.

EVALUATION

The evaluation will be carried out in two stages, namely the Pre-Selection Committee evaluation and the Selection Committee.
The Selection Committees make their decisions with absolute majority.
Pre-screened films will be announced at https://www.instagram.com 3.International Göbeklitepe Short Film Festival.
The winning films determined by the Selection Committee will be announced at the award ceremony on the 2nd day of the festival.
The decision of the Selection Committee is final and cannot be changed. However, any legal responsibilities arising from the excerpt and / or stolen of the work sent to the festival belong to the competitor. If such a situation arises, the relevant short film is banned from the Third İnternational Göbeklitepe Short Film Days. If the determination is made after the festival, the prize is taken back even if the author is awarded. Festival organizers and solution partners cannot be held legally responsible for this situation.

3.International GöbeklitepeShort Film Festival is open to works "Fiction Films,
Works submitted for 3.International Göbeklitepe Short Film Festival other than this type will not be evaluated.

Films that have been produced as of 1 January 2021 can apply.

The duration of fiction films is at least 5 minutes- maximum 15 minutes. Films that do not comply with these conditions are not accepted for the festival.

Each category will not be evaluated separately.
Films with Turkish subtitles must have English subtitles, films with original Turkish language must be Turkish and English subtitles.

Non-original text, images, music, etc. in the work sent to 3.International Göbeklitepe Film Festival. Any claim of copyright infringement arising from third parties due to their use is the responsibility of the applicant (director / producer)

The films selected with the votes of the juries will be presented on the second day of 3.International Göbeklitepe Short Film Festival
Participants must complete their applications by sending their films to https://festhome.com/
Participants should send the following documents to ttps://festhome.com/ until this date by writing the name of the film and director in the subject section.

The films to be uploaded must be encoded with a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. Copies are required to be suitable for display and sound quality.

Films that do not comply with the conditions specified in the specifications, are badly recorded, have divisive and threatening content, and are not suitable for display by the festival management, without the warning of the participant director.

3.International Göbeklitepe Short Film Festival specification must include the signature of one person, and the signatory must be the legal owner of the work. No matter how many people are involved in the creation of the work, the reward will only be awarded to the legal owner of the work with the signature in the documents. In addition, the accuracy of all information to be specified in the said documents is the responsibility of the signatory. The legal responsibility that may arise due to this information belongs to the signatory.

“The works participating in 3.İnternational Göbeklitepe Short Film Festival is regarded as accepted by the owner of the work, regardless of their degree, in various domestic and international cultural events. Necessary information about this subject will be given to the owner. In addition, small sections or trailers from films can be shown in different channels (television, radio and internet) for the promotion of the festival.
