Zinema Film Festival - Is a film festival whose objective is to showcase independent cinema with auteurist and experimental narratives and forms. The 3rd edition of the Zinema Film Festival will take place in November 2026.

Award given by the jury to the best work.

2.AUDIENCE AWARD

Award given by the audience to the best work.

3.EXPERIMENT AWARD

Award given by the jury to the work with the greatest experimental value.

4.ARAGONESE TALENT AWARD

Award given by the jury to the best work by Aragonese talent.

5.NEW PERSPECTIVES AWARD

Award given by the jury to the best work with new perspectives.

6.BEST DIRECTION AWARD

Award given by the jury to the best direction.

7.BEST SCREENPLAY AWARD

Award given by the jury to the best screenplay.

8.BEST EDITING AWARD

Award given by the jury to the best editing.

9.BEST PERFORMANCE AWARD

Award given by the jury to the best performance.

(ANY OF THE PRIZES MAY BE MODIFIED OR DISAPPEARED DEPENDING ON THE WORKS SUBMITTED)

1. Works submitted to any of the sections cannot have been created before January 1, 2024.

2. All works submitted in any of the sections are eligible for any other section, provided they meet the requirements.

3. In the final selection process by the team, having not been previously screened in Zaragoza will add points. (This requirement is not mandatory).

4. The submitted works must be subtitled in Spanish if this is not their language.

5. The registration platform will be Festhome (Registration is free).

6. The registration deadline is August 15, 2026. After that date, no entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

7. If the work is selected, the programming team will contact those responsible for it and inform them about the instructions and schedule for sending the screening copy and promotional materials.

8. Once the festival has ended, the footage may be exhibited by the organization solely for educational and/or cultural purposes, without profit. (When this occurs, notice will be given).

9. The jury's decision will be final, and any of the categories may be declared void.

10. The organization will appoint a jury made up of professionals related to the audiovisual, artistic, and cultural fields. A prize may be awarded jointly.

11. By accepting their participation in the festival, the Zinema Film Festival organization assumes that those responsible for the work have the corresponding exhibition rights and give their permission for the public screening of the work within the framework of the festival, as well as for the use of promotional images.
