This is a festival for creators of web series, in this festival producers of web series projects can participate, such as tv series, series pilots, we seek to be a window to expose the creations of filmmakers from all over the world from this important point of the world in the Central American isthmus

The Panama Series Festival’s Director of Programming and Selection Committees review all film submissions.

Decisions made by the Panama Series Festival are final.

The date(s), time(s) and location(s) of exhibitions of the films shall be at the discretion of the Festival.

No film, once programmed, can be withdrawn.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Upon selection, the entrant grants the Panama Series Festival the right to utilize publicity materials related to the production (i.e. press kits, posters, stills, preview tapes, etc.) for promotional purposes in all mediums, including broadcast, print and internet

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

The film has been submitted for consideration with the knowledge and consent of the Producer(s) and/or rights holders listed in this form.

Participation in the Panama Series Festival implies an understanding and acceptance of these regulations. The Festival reserves the right to rule on cases not foreseen by these regulations.

Those selected accept that their project be screened on national television in Panama, this does not imply the loss of their copyrights, and the broadcast is part of the Panama Series Festival.

Participants are invited to participate in the activities of the festival, airfare, hotel and food are at the expense of each person, the Festival provides help to facilitate accommodations.

*In case a winner does not accept their prize, they will be automatically disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the second qualified.

*In case of not winning an award and creating a bad image of our festival, the participant is automatically disqualified and will be banned from subsequent festivals.

*The organization does not force any participant to come to the awards live, nor will it pay or finance anything at all. If a participant decides to come on their own and the festival offers their friendship and hospitality, this does not mean that this influences the jury's decision.

*The participant can be part of festival activities and promotions on radio, television and press without this being taken as a use or abuse of their image.

The winners can acquire their trophy by paying the fee that includes the preparation. Shipping costs not included
