This festival is held in the auditoriums of the Centro Cultural Británico, located in the districts of Surco, San Miguel, San Borja, Pueblo Libre, San Martín de Porres, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, Camacho, and Miraflores.

All screenings to be held during the “XI INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN, CINI 2025” will be free of charge for the general public.

FEATURE FILM COMPETITION
- Adult Jury Prize.

SHORT FILM COMPETITION
- Children's Jury Prize

The CINI Festival has two competitions:

• FEATURE AND MEDIUM-LENGTH FILM COMPETITION, for which films with a duration of more than 30 minutes may be submitted.

• SHORT FILM COMPETITION, for which films with a maximum duration of 30 minutes may be submitted.

There will be two official juries:
Medium and feature film jury, which will be made up of filmmakers, journalists, educators and/or cultural personalities.
Short film jury, which will be made up of children who participated in CINI's workshops for child spectators.

These juries will declare a single winner per competition.

Films of any nationality that have not been previously shown in Peru and that are not more than 2 years old may compete. Peruvian films –short films, medium-length films and feature films- do not need to be premieres.

All the entries submitted must be suitable for children and family audiences.

For the feature and medium-length film competition, it is mandatory that the screening copies be spoken or dubbed into Spanish.

For the short film competition, it is mandatory that the screening copies be spoken, dubbed, or subtitled in Spanish.

These copies will be sent as HD video files (MKV, MP4).

Translation and synchronization of subtitles is not the responsibility of CINI.
