We invite you at ISCA International Film Festival (IFF-2025) being organized by International Science Community Association (Registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India) on 8th and 9th May 2025, in collaboration with Govt. P.G. College Gopeshwar ,(Sridev Suman Uttarakhand University Campus) Chamoli, UK, India.

We have 20 Sections namely :-

THE INTERNATIONAL FILM AWARD is presented in each of these Sections.

1.Registration for each member of the participating team is compulsory.

2.The films/videos should be in one of the following formats: MOV, MP4, MPEG4, or AVI.

3.The films must be in Full High Definition (FHD) with a resolution of 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels) and a 16:9 aspect ratio.

4.The film must not contain any copyrighted material. All content used in the short film must either be owned or properly licensed.

If copyrighted material is used, participants must obtain permission and submit proof of the same to the organizers.

5.The films must include the date of presentation, credits, principal characters, and cast.

6.The short films can be in any genre, including documentary, live-action, animation, drama, comedy, horror, or avantgarde Graphics and animation work may be used.

7.The film can be in any language. However, all films must include English subtitles.

8.The total runtime of the film, including opening and closing credits, must be between 1 and 20 minutes.

9.The title and content of the film must not contain nudity, vulgarity, or material that could offend the audience or hurt religious sentiments.

10.The film must not include obscene words, slang, double meanings, or unparliamentary language.

11. Film presenters must be over 18 years of age as of April 30, 2025.

12.Each entry must include a brief synopsis of the film and details of the submission category, name, and title.

13.Submit the Google Drive viewer link of the film via email or a pen drive in advance.

14.An HD-quality poster with necessary details is required for the promotion of each film entry.

15.Foreign delegates may participate and present their films in virtual mode.
