Films be in English or with English subtitles.
Filmmakers acknowledge that all aspects of their submitted film, including talent consent, music rights, photographs, videotapes, sound recordings and/or written works, were legally obtained and legally owned by the filmmaker, and are submitted to the Future World Film Festival in good faith. It will be necessary for filmmakers to sign a form certifying all rights and consent of performers has been obtained for acceptance into Future World Film Festival.
Films made by minors or featuring minors (18 and under) will need to provide parental consent to be accepted by the festival.
