FAA! Festival Artistico Audiovisual (10)

In the city of El Bolsón, since 2016, students of the Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Artistic Design (LDAA) at the National University of Río Negro (UNRN) have concluded their studies with a festival open to the community, a celebration of audiovisual encounters and making that is renewed each year. This is the Audiovisual Artistic Festival, or, simply and lovingly, the FAA. An event organized and managed entirely by the students of the program, it has managed to sustain and position itself for 10 years as one of the most important audiovisual festivals in Patagonia.

The FAA! Audiovisual Artistic Festival invites submissions of productions by
students, filmmakers from the Patagonian Region, the rest of Argentina, and countries abroad.

COMPETITION CLOSING: OCTOBER 12, 2025.
EXHIBITION CLOSING: OCTOBER 25, 2025

Our goal is to promote audiovisual works and build bridges between different universities, schools, production companies, and filmmakers by fostering exhibition and debate spaces open to the community.

INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILMS

The aforementioned category must meet the following technical specifications:

Resolution: Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels)
Frame rate: 25 FPS (frames per second)
File format: .MOV or .MP4
Video codec: H.264 (standard compression for compatibility and high quality)
Maximum bitrate: 10 Mbps (10,000 kbps)

Important: Works in the post-production stage will not be accepted; all pieces must be finalized and ready for screening.
