The Social Media category involves public online screenings, for which prior consent must be
given in the entry form.

The competition for this category takes place in two stages:

1. The selected works will be uploaded to the Officina Culturale YouTube channel and made
publicly viewable from 25 November to 12 December 2025. The social media audience
can vote for their favourites by clicking "Like" on the videos. Links to the films will be shared
on the Association's social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), and the same
links will be sent to the filmmakers to help them promote their work.

2. At the end of the viewing period, the videos will be removed from the YouTube channel.
Rankings will be determined based on the total number of Likes received.

After the awards are announced, films authorised for public screening will be made available again in a dedicated YouTube playlist. Upon request, videos may be removed.

“Social Media” Category Award
The “Best Social Media Short TCC-U30 2025” will go to the film that receives the highest number
of Likes, calculated as the sum of Likes from all the Association's social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).

Each award will be accompanied by an official laurel. The Organisation may also grant Special
Mentions. Results will be announced to participants on 15 December 2025 and published on www.officinaculturale.net.

FEES AND REIMBURSEMENTS

• Best Short TCC-U30 2025: €350 net + VAT or withholding tax.

• Short Film ChivassoGiovane TCC-U30 2025: €200 net + VAT or withholding tax.

• Best Social Media Short TCC-U30 2025: €200 net + VAT or withholding tax.

For foreign recipients, the net amount will be subject to either the tax regulations of their home country or Italian withholding tax, depending on the applicable laws.

The Jury category is for private screenings only, reserved for the Technical Jury, the “Young Jury,” and the “ChivassoGiovane” Jury.

In case of Animated short films submissions, within the Jury category there will also be dedicated “Animated Short Film” subcategory.

For this category, there are two types of private screenings:

1. Online – via a web platform on a channel managed directly by the Organisation, with no
download option and access available exclusively by invitation, reserved for members of the
Technical Jury.

2. In-person – a private screening reserved for students from Chivasso’s high schools, forming
the “ChivassoGiovane” Jury.

The evaluation period lasts three weeks from the date of upload, after which all privately viewed
videos will be removed from the platform.

Technical Jury Awards

A panel of film professionals, chosen by the Organisation, will view all selected works in both categories and award the title “Best Short TCC-U30 2025”. The Technical Jury will also award:

• Best Director
• Best Leading Actor
• Best Leading Actress
• Best Supporting Actor/Actress
• Best Screenplay
• Best Cinematography
• Best Editing
• Best Sound

“ChivassoGiovane” Jury Award
The ChivassoGiovane Jury will be composed of students from Chivasso's high schools who
participate in the initiative. After the private screening of the Jury category films, held at the Teatrino Civico or in other suitable venues, if necessary, the jury will award the “Short Film ChivassoGiovane TCC-U30 2025” prize.
