A film festival screening films from all over the world discussing social issues affect kids , families and their problems and encourages cultural exchange and promotes values of equality , brotherhood and acceptance of the other whose different cultures.

Films by or about people of determination are included also which include women , men and youth issues .

Films are accompanied by negotiations between kids , families and film makers to introduce cinema art to kids and youth .

1- films in any languages other than arabic must contain an arabic subtitle.

2- production year from 2020 to 2025.

3- films screened are long , short , documentary , feature , animation and these by or about people of determination.

4- during festival period films chosen are prohibited to be screened any out.

5- worldwide premieres are preferred in all sections.

6- the acceptance of the participants is considered a declaration that he has legal rights to submit and screen the film also an acceptance to the festival to use its promotional materials and if he was neither the director nor the producer a written acceptance by one of them must be included .
