Cultura Groovy, in collaboration with Frames by Friends, presents the second edition of the Animated Shorts Film Festival.

This festival offers animators in Barcelona the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and inspire one another.

Submit your film for a chance to share your work in person with a supportive audience and connect with other creatives in your field.

We accept: Narrative animation short films with a duration of 1 to 10 minutes.

Directors must attend the event in person and be punctual to introduce themselves to the audience before the screening.

Subtitles: MANDATORY. Subtitles must be in English if the film is produced in Spanish, and in Spanish if the film is produced in English.

Copyright and permissions: By submitting a film for consideration, the director confirms that they hold the rights to all content, including music, and have obtained permission from all involved parties.

Each director is allocated six reserved seats for guests (team members, voice actors, or collaborators). Due to venue capacity limits, no additional guests beyond those on this list will be allowed.
