Join us for the first Azure Lorica Horror Comedy Film Festival! The celebration of this hybrid genre is a testament to brilliant filmmaking and witty scriptwriting. We wish to honor this community of filmmakers with a ceremony worth of their talent.

Hosted on Zoom, we will be screening films, showcasing Q&A panels, and hosting the award ceremony online.

Prix et qualifications

1) Nominees will have their Q&A Panels hosted after their films screened and/or script read online;

2) Honorable Mentions will be published on our blog, along with the prizes mentioned above;

3) Winners will be published on our magazine and their trophy shipped, along with the prizes mentioned above.

We will have meet and greets in person, optional for our Nominees, here in Pasadena, CA. Details will be messaged within a month of the event.

Rules & Terms
1) Film must have horror and comedy elements;

2) Film must be an independent film;

3) No limits on length of film;

4) All films must have English subtitles, whatever the language the film is spoken in;

5) All submissions in the category of scripts must be written in English;

6) No restrictions in how old the publication of film to qualify for submission.
