Welcome to the first film festival in Barlad City!

The Barlad International Film Festival is a cinematic journey that transcends borders, bringing together filmmakers, artists, and cinephiles from around the world. This annual event showcases a diverse selection of compelling films, ranging from thought-provoking documentaries to mesmerizing fiction features.

The event will take place at Cinema Cityplex Victoria Bârlad.

At the Barlad International Film Festival, we believe in honoring excellence in cinema and recognizing the outstanding contributions of filmmakers. Winners in various categories will receive personalized diplomas and beautifully crafted trophies as a testament to their creativity and dedication to the art of filmmaking.

All the selected films will be screened at Republica Cinema in Barlad.

Here are the awards:

Best International Short Film Award:
Diploma: A personalized diploma recognizing the film as the "Best Film" at the Barlad International Film Festival.

Best International Feature Film Award:
Diploma: A specialized diploma acknowledging the best international feature film award.
Trophy: A distinctive trophy honoring the director's outstanding achievement and leadership in the filmmaking process.

Best Actor and Best Actress:

Diploma: Personalized diplomas recognizing the extraordinary performances of the Best Actor and Best Actress.

Trophy: Artfully designed trophies presented to the actors for their remarkable contributions to the art of storytelling.

Best Cinematography:

Diploma: A diploma highlighting the excellence in cinematography that enhances the visual storytelling.

Best Animation Short:

Best Romanian Short Film:

Best Experimental Short:
Diploma: An avant-garde diploma recognizing the innovative and boundary-pushing qualities of the Best Experimental Short.

Trophy: A cutting-edge trophy presented to the filmmakers, showcasing their commitment to pushing the boundaries of cinematic expression.

Rimiterea filmului tău, implică acordul tău de a permite Festivalului Internațional de Film Bârlad (BIFF) să utilizeze, să distribuie și să partajeze afișul filmului, trailer-ul, teaser-ul, sinopsisul și cadrele din film pe site-ul nostru și/sau pe rețelele noastre de socializare.

Filmele selectate vor fi promovate pe rețelele noastre de socializare. Toate filmele selectate vor primi laurii pentru "Selecție Oficială" prin e-mail. Toate filmele câștigătoare vor primi laurii pentru categoria respectivă și un certificat prin e-mail. Toți câștigătorii vor fi anunțați în cadrul galei de premiere, unde vor primi trofeul.

JURIU

Comitetul de selecție al BIFF și decizia juriului sunt finale.
BIFF nu oferă feedback cu privire la filmele înscrise sau la decizia juriului.

NOTIFICARE

Starea înscrierilor va fi comunicată prin platformele noastre de înscriere, iar responsabilitatea completă pentru urmărirea stării înscrierii revine celui care depune filmul.

DREPTURI DE UTILIZARE

Prin trimiterea unui film, participantul declară și garantează că are toate drepturile de utilizare necesare pentru a utiliza filmul în cadrul acestui acord și că, în momentul utilizării filmului în contextul acestui acord, nu vor fi încălcate drepturile terților, inclusiv ale persoanelor portretizate în film. Ești de acord să despăgubești și să exonerezi de răspundere BIFF pentru orice și toate pretențiile, răspunderile, pierderile, daunele și cheltuielile (inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la, onorariile avocațiale și taxele de instanță) care pot fi suferite din cauza oricărei pretenții referitoare la drepturi de autor, marcă înregistrată, credite, publicitate, difuzare și pierdere sau deteriorare a videoclipurilor trimise pentru festival.

BIFF nu este responsabil pentru nicio încălcare a drepturilor de autor sau utilizare neautorizată.

BIFF își rezervă dreptul de a face orice modificări în configurarea festivalului fără notificare prealabilă, dacă este necesar.

Taxa de înscriere nu este rambursabilă. Filmul câștigător și, de asemenea, cele mai bine nominalizate filme pe baza punctajului juriului vor fi proiectate în cadrul festivalului.
