Basking Food Festival was born with the aim of positioning internationally in the largest geostrategic traction event to promote Bilbao and its cutting-edge food products in the field of Food Tech and above all gastronomic enjoyment and leisure.
During its celebration various activities will be carried out in Bizkaia that will revolve around 4 axes: Commercial and business axis - Training, research and diffusion axis - Entertainment, cultural and leisure axis - Massive dissemination axis and recreational experience.

All activities are aimed at providing an impetus to the agri-food product of our region among professionals, the public in general, institutional, social and economic.

We have an attractive agenda of events to be enjoyed in various spaces and venues in Bilbao.

1st Prize: € 300 + agro tourism + wine bottle + representative trophy.
2nd Prize: Visit to winery + bottle of wine + representative trophy.
3rd Prize: Practices 1 month advertising agency + bottle of wine + representative trophy.

BASES "Basking FILM Food Fest"
Theme contest AGRO FOOD ADVERTISING SHORTS
The format is an Advertising Short Film of a duration "maximum of ten minutes" with credits included.


The objective of the presented Advertising Short Films should revolve around agri-food products, from its origin to its final presentation, not being necessary to cover all its development and being able to focus on one of its facets, the origin, elaboration or its final presentation .

It is a fulfilled obligation that the "main actor" is the agri-food product or that in its absence the plot or plot line revolves around it.

The realization (script, recording and editing) of an advertising short film whose framework is the agri-food product and by a work team will be valued quickly and spontaneously, demonstrating talent and creativity.

All the selected works can be viewed after the gala and awards ceremony of the FOOD ADVERTISING SHORT FILM FESTIVAL randomly during the three-month period in the different screens located in the gastronomic area of the Ribera Market in Bilbao.

1.- Participants
Any individual of legal age, professional or non-professional, may present their project. Any company can also present their projects.

Participating persons / companies may present their projects either individually or in cooperation with other persons / companies (provided that both meet, individually, the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions).

If the ideas are presented in cooperation, the person must be appointed who will act for all purposes as the sole representative and interlocutor before the Organization, with its decisions and actions binding on the rest of the cooperating parties.

Each person / s and / or participating company / s will be able to submit as many videos as they wish.

2.- General rules and requirements of the projects
The videos must be presented in Spanish / English or Basque. Being translated into subtitles into Spanish.
The format will be 1080i-full HD, export H264 or MP4.

The participants declare under their absolute responsibility and, with their mere participation in the Basking Food Fest Festival, guarantee to the Organization:

That they are the legitimate authors of the submitted idea and, where appropriate, of all the documentation and / or information associated with it that they provide, in any format or format (written, audiovisual, etc.), to the Organization for their participation in the festival.

That the idea is rigorously unpublished and original in its entirety.

That they legitimately hold all the intellectual property rights (copyright) on the idea and on all the documentation, material and / or information they provide, without any legal or contractual limitation that could impede, hinder or limit their use in the context.


That your participation in "Festival Basking Food Fest" or infringes the rights of third parties (including the rights of privacy, honor and the image of persons that may appear in the audiovisual media provided), or breach confidentiality or other commitments .

Consequently, "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest" is not responsible and consequently will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the violation of these statements by any of the participants, who, for their participation in "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest ", are obliged to hold the Organization harmless against any type of liability, claim, sanction and / or compensation that may be required, or any damage and / or harm that may arise for it, due to non-compliance with the previous statements and guarantees.
In any case, if "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest" becomes aware of the breach of any of the above statements by any participant, this will be automatically expelled, without prejudice to any other responsibility that corresponds to assume or that may be required according to to the current legislation. In addition, if the offender has been awarded, he is obliged to automatically restitute the amounts and / or prizes awarded that he received from "FESTIVAL OF PUBLICITARIOS AGRO ALIMENTARIO", without prejudice to the damages that may be required .

4.- Intellectual property rights.

4.1. For the simple fact of your participation in, "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest", the participants cede to the Organization indefinitely and without territorial limitation of any kind, all intellectual property rights (reproduction, exhibition, distribution and public communication) about the submitted project and about all the documents and materials that, in any support and / or format, have been provided or developed throughout its participation in the FESTIVAL OF PUBLICITARIOS AGRO ALIMENTARIO participating the author in 20% of any sale that occurs (from € 500). The copyright belongs at all times to the participant. This transfer must be understood in its broadest scope and entails the right of the Organization to make use of the project, and all the materials provided, in the context and with all the purposes of the Project "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest", in accordance with the foreseen in these Bases.

4.2. In particular, by participating in the Initiative, participants expressly authorize that, if selected, their identifying data, along with the video and other materials that have been provided to the Organization or that have been developed or prepared during the process, be published on the project website and / or by any means (internet, TV, radio, social networks, etc.) and on any medium (written, audiovisual, etc.), for dissemination, advertising and Promotion related to "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest".

4.3. Likewise, the participation will entail the cession in favor of "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest" of all public communication rights, and reproduction for these purposes, necessary to allow its broadcasting through all broadcasting channels (digital terrestrial television, satellite and internet) of this entity.
4.4. In any case, beyond what was previously foreseen in this section with respect to the uses that the Organization may temporarily give, in the context of "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest", to the project and the materials provided, the participants will fully retain all the rights of intellectual property that correspond to them about the project and the materials provided.


5.- Confidentiality
5.1. The Organization, in addition to acting as guarantor of compliance with the Terms and Conditions, undertakes to maintain due confidentiality and not to use the projects and materials that have been accessed within the framework of this Initiative for purposes other than those provided in the Bidding Terms. , and not allow that while they are in their possession be used or disseminated by third parties outside the Initiative.
5.2. In any case, to the extent that "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest requires advertising via the web (accessible to any Internet user) to the ideas presented and certain information associated with them and their creator, the Organization does not can control and consequently is not responsible for the use that third parties unrelated to "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest" can give such materials available on the web, nor any other information or material that the participant makes public voluntarily via social networks or in any other way. Therefore, participants are informed and assume the risks that may arise from this circumstance and expressly exonerate "Festival Basking FILM Food Fest of any responsibility in this regard.


6.- Data protection
6.1.
