In this 2022, Bettiah International Film Festival (BIFF) made a plan to become a staple in the film fraternity’s annual calendar; housing an eclectic mix of films, stimulating interviews, outstanding film lectures series, workshops, live performances, all types of film exhibitions, master classes and the annual film festival.

Celebrating the very best in films with a link from pole of North to South, different continent and different language, culture, its vibrancy with many dimensions. The festival is an international showcase of the best of Debuts Director's Film, Short Film, Student Short Film, Documentaries, Animation Movies and beyond, especially we keep Special Category - Women Empowerment. Building bridges between film fans and the film fraternity as well as between filmmakers the world over.

We provides a platform for emerging talent – to commission emerging artists, showcase their work, to offer networking occasions with industry leaders and to provide inspiration and learning opportunities. Tongues on Fire is a not-for-profit organization with a goal to entertain, inform, educate and affect change in mood, emotion or thought to empower women.
