Regulations of the Biarritz SHORTS Festival

Article 1 - OrganizationThe Biarritz SHORTS Festival (hereinafter "the Festival") is a cinematographic event organized in France, aiming to promote and reward high-quality short films.

Article 2 - Admission Conditions

Submitted films must be short films with a maximum duration of 25 minutes, including credits.

Films must not be more than 2 years old at the date of the Festival.

All genres are accepted (fiction, animation, documentary, experimental).

Films must have French subtitles if the original language is not French.
