After seven years with their activities stopped the Brooklyn Independent Film Festival, back in its most universal and technologically version. Under the management of the largest institute of management festivals in the world. A Clockwork Film Institute, is bringing this year's new edition of BUFF. Com goal of reaching the audience of 3 million viewers worldwide.

Rules

Films of any category since produced after 2013 will be accepted.
Short Film: up to 50 minutes.
Feature Film: 60 Minutes or more
Student films, must prove they were made during college if selected, otherwise it will result in disqualification.
The films must be finalized.

The films must be subtitled in Portuguese, English, Spanish or French.
