- Each film-maker will be allowed to submit as many films as they see fit.
- Submitted films cannot be longer than 5 minutes.
- Films must be submitted in Spanish or with subtitles in Spanish language.
- Only films produced after January, 1st, 2023 will be admitted.
- Theme is free of choice.
