"Cinema in my neighborhood" is a social project that aims to train audiences through audiovisual media, through different screenings of Colombian short and feature films that allude to social change.

The best shorts in each category will be awarded.

1. OBJECTIVES

The objective is to present a selection of excellent short films, in the fiction, animation, documentary and experimental genres in order to allow the training of the public, the enjoyment and enjoyment of them. This year the prioritized themes will be water and the countryside.


2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Accepted genres: Documentary, Animation, Fiction, experimental

• Accepted formats: Digital

• Minimum duration 3 minutes

• Maximum duration: 35 minutes.

• Spoken or subtitled in Spanish, if Spanish is not the original language.

• Comply with technical standards that ensure its reproduction and projection on the screen.

• Completed after January 2020


3. REGISTRATION

• Fill out the official registration form on the platform

• The selection of the short and the time, day and place of its exhibition will be confirmed via the platform to the selected participants.

• The inscription of a Short film implies accepting the rules of the Festival.

• The organization reserves the right to suspend or modify the Show if pertinent. If this happens, the participants will be notified.

5. PRESENTATIONS

The short films are an official part of the festival, they will be presented only once in the room, auditorium or open spaces located for the development of the Show, at previously informed times.
